Shipping policy

Items will generally be shipped within 2 - 4 business days. If for some reason we can’t get an item shipped within this time frame, we will contact the buyer before processing the order.

Custom items will take substantially longer.  We will give an estimated time frame of when it will be ready for shipping before we proceed with creating your item.  For planning purposes, assume we will be able to ship 6-8 weeks from when you initially contact us about a custom order.

We cannot control shipping time estimates produced by Shopify during checkout.  We do not know where that data comes from, and we are not responsible for meeting those timeframes.  Our intent is to ship using UPS ground, and shipping times will be those delivered by UPS under the terms of their service.

Also, on test orders, Shopify has offered UPS ground shipping for an upcharge.  Since UPS ground is our intended method of shipping, please do not select that option at checkout.
